Heredite genetik yolla, ırka ve aileye baÄŸlı olarak geçer. Genellkle Serebral Agenezi olarak sınıflandırılır. Kromozal eksiklikle, iskelete ait strüktürel anormaliler, beyin ve diÄŸer organlarda defektler meydana gelir. Semptomlar doÄŸuÅŸtan vardır ve ilerleme olmaz. Bu gruba, herediter atetoz, familyal tremor ve spastik familyal parapleji girer. Ä°diopatik primer epilepsi görülür. Mental bozukluÄŸun görülme oranı %70′dir. Serebral palsi’de bu grubun görülme sıklığı %10-40 arasında deÄŸiÅŸmektedir.
